Visa Commercial (Sept 10th, Denver) – Pay $375-$5,625

Usage / Run

ON-CAMERA PRIMARY PERFORMERS: SESSION: We intend to book this performer at $750 USD +20 % Agent Fee (if applicable, based on a 10-hour sessionforminorsand12-hoursfornon-minors),withallrightsincluded. Overtimeischargedattimeandhalfup to hour 13 and beyond. One-time $375 USD fitting fee for up to four (4) hours. USAGE FEES: If, and only if, the performer’s on-camera likeness/performance is used in the final Materials, as defined below, performer will receive: UsageFeeof$4500USD+20%AgentFee. (WWoption[RateToBeConfirmed]+20%) Materials: All materials captured during record day (inclusive of any cutdowns, edits, lifts, tags and stills lifted from footage) including, but not limited to commercials and films. Media: ▪ Broadcast TV: all forms of TV media, including, without limitation, free, pay, cable, pay-per-view, on-demand, CTV/OLV ▪ Internet and New Media: (including, without limitation, on Social Media (i.e Instagram), digital streaming platforms, in paid media and DOOH). ▪ Internal: (including i.e. corporate communications vehicles for internal, external and trade audiences (e.g., intranet, employee newsletters, sales kits, sell sheets, emails, annual report, archival/historical reference, advertising/publishing materials in textbooks, etc.). ▪ Industrial: All public exhibition/industrial uses (including, without limitation, in-store, kiosk, in-stadium, in-flight, mobile phones, military bases, trade shows, in-cinema and at any events attended by or sponsored by Advertiser) ▪ Cinema ▪ Public Relations: (including press statements and other placements). Term: One (1) year Broadcast, One (1) year Internet (paid and unpaid), PR and Industrial (including Cinema). No limit for internal use as defined under Media. For Social Media, the client will not actively post after the usage term ends, though media may remain online/in-feed. Territory: North America (Internet to be considered Worldwide)

Additional Provisions

Exclusivity For OCP / Protagonist talent only: Financial Services and Payment Services Worldwide, non-exclusive rights for non-paid internal, PR and archival use up to 10 years for Agency and Client (including, but not limited archival and historical uses, behind the scenes, sales presentations, recruiting content, press and public relations materials, award submissions, social media channels featuring Materials posted during the term, etc.) are also included. Option Term: Upon the completion of the initial term, at the sole discretion of Agency and Client, the performance may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at +10% of the Initial Usage Fee.
